We are camping in remote areas of British Columbia, Canada and are not available by normal communications.

All shipments paid for by june 28 2009 will be shipped by noon on the 28th here (that would be 6am monday the 29th Sydney time). We will check our emails on friday the 3rd when we get back.

Warranty statement: We will help you with the warranty return process. Please contact us in advance for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA Number) so that we can accept your return.
